2. Services We Provide

Convora AI builds and runs the following for business clients:

• AI Voice Agent - an automated voice agent that answers inbound calls, qualifies callers, and books appointments on behalf of your business
• AI Chat Assistant - an AI assistant on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or your website, that answers enquiries, qualifies them, and books appointments
• Follow-Up Automation - automated follow-up on enquiries that go quiet
• Booking and Scheduling Systems - calendar booking with confirmations and reminders
• Website Design and Build - website design, build and search optimisation
• Workflow and Admin Automation - automation of quoting, reporting and other repetitive internal work

Not every service is offered in every market, and what we recommend depends on your business. Nothing on this website is an offer to supply any particular service.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, completing the assessment, using the chat widget, submitting an enquiry form, or engaging our services, you confirm that:

• You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on your own behalf or on behalf of the business you represent

The free assessment produces an indicative result calculated automatically from the answers you give. Any figure it produces - including any estimate of money or time you may be losing - is a rough estimate derived from your own inputs and general assumptions. It is not a measurement of your business, not a promise of any result, and not financial, legal or professional advice. You should not make business decisions on the basis of it alone.

6. Enquiries and Contact

When you submit an enquiry form or complete the assessment, we collect the information described in our Privacy Policy. It is used to respond to you and to work out whether we can help your business. We do not sell this data.

7. Client Agreements and Payments

These Terms govern use of this website only. Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement issued before work begins, which sets out scope, price, timelines, the ongoing monthly plan, and the terms specific to that engagement. Where those terms conflict with these, the client agreement takes precedence. Prices shown on this website are indicative ranges, not quotations. Payments are handled off-site.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including the Convora AI name, logo, copy, design and underlying technology - belongs to Convora AI. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it without prior written permission. Ownership of anything built for a client is dealt with in that client's own agreement.

9. Third-Party Services

This website and the systems we build rely on third-party platforms, which may include Vercel, Resend, Make.com, PostHog, VAPI, Twilio and n8n, among others. We take care in selecting providers, but we are not responsible for their availability, their data handling, or any failure on their part. By using our website or services you acknowledge this dependency.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability or availability of this website or its content, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Warranties relating to paid work are dealt with in the applicable client agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Convora AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, including loss of revenue, loss of data or loss of business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability where UAE law does not permit it to be limited.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
